At just an age of 20, Hemant Brijwasi from Mathura has taken the internet by storm. Reason? His outstanding win in Colors TV’s Rising Star 2. The young singer won the popular singing reality show with 83 per cent of votes, has walked home with the winning trophy. He has beaten 30 odd contestants to bag this winning title of Rising Star 2. After watching the grand finale last night, everyone is in awe of this powerhouse of talent. He was followed by Rohanpreet Singh, Vishnumaya and Zaif Ali at the reality show.
The sheer dedication of this young singer has always mustered praise from Shankar Mahadevan and the other two judges. His love for music can be clearly seen in the flawlessness of his singing. He concluded the season with an electrifying performance on Alvida from Life In A Metro.
But Rising Star 2 isn’t his only achievement. Hemant Brijwasi also won the popular singing reality show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l Champs back in 2009. He was barely 11 years old when he bagged the winning title. At that time, who knew that this budding talent will go on a reality show winning spree. The credit of his achievements goes to his dad who is the biggest motivation behind his mesmerising singing.
