Star Plus’ popular daily soap Naamkarann is going off air soon. The serial enjoyed one of a kind of journey, with late actress Reema Lagoo playing one of the most crucial roles. It was launched on an unconventional note but however, later evolved to become Indian telly viewers’ favourite prime time show. It chronicled the story of a girl Avni who forever struggled to find an identity for herself in the society. She is ostracised on each and every step for being born out of wedlock.
Post the leap, the show saw Avni growing into a beautiful young girl who finds love in Neil (Zain Imam) after losing both her parents. The whole sequence has been an endearing one for the Indian audience.
In the coming few days, Naamkarann is going to drop the curtains. Each and every fan of the show will get emotional about it. Earlier, it broke the hearts of hundreds of its fans when Sayanatani Ghosh left the show last year. And now, it’s going off air soon.
Creator of Naamkarann and renowned filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt is as emotional as fans are. He sat down and shared an emotional message for the Naamkarann fans and thanked each and every fan of the show for showering their love on Neil and Avni and of course, the serial itself.
