Superstar Salman Khan started the Weekend Ka Vaar episode of Bigg Boss 11 with a spectacular dance performance in which he grooved to the beats of some of his hit numbers. He then interacted with the housemates, who were very excited to see the decoration of the house. Puneesh Sharma was then sent to the store room to bring some bottles that had New Year resolutions. There was a twist as housemates wrote resolutions for each other.
Vikas Gupta, Hina Khan and Shilpa Shinde performed a funny act in which ‘bhabhiji’ played Vikas Gupta’s wife and Hina played her girlfriend. This left everyone in splits. This time, Akhada has two teams. Team Hina which had Vikas and Akash Dadlani won with flying colours defeating team Shilpa. Comedian Balraj then entered the house and gave many funny moments to the contestants.
After that an award show was hosted for the housemates. Akash won awards for the contestant who picked more fights and most flip contestant.
The Double Dholki award was won by Luv Tyagi. Akash and Puneesh won the paagal premi couple award. Hina was declared as drama queen and Vikas won the award for ‘sarvgyani sadasya’. The rapper again won the award for most edgy contestant. To welcome 2018, Bigg Boss sent fruit champagne and cake for the contestants. The episode ended with housemates grooving to the betas of Swag Se Swagat.
