Bigg Boss 11 hosted by superstar Salman Khan is one of the popular shows of the small screen and many Bollywood celebs have graced it in order to promote their films. Deepika Padukone and Shahid Kapoor are the latest celebs, who will appear on the show for their upcoming film Padmavati. If reports are to be believed, the celebrities will shoot the episode on Saturday and it will be aired on Sunday.
According to a source, the Bigg Boss house will be transformed into a shahi darwar as the film is of the bygone era and both the stars will enter the house and interact with the contestants. It is yet to be seen if they introduce any fun activities that can spark controversy.
Deepika has been on the show before and she shares a great equation with Salman. Now, we can just wait for another wonderful episode of Bigg Boss 11.
In the last Weekend ka Vaar episode, Vidya Balan appeared on the show to promote Tumhari Sulu.
On a related note, Padmavati has been facing protests ever since its first poster was out. Directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the movie depicts the story of Rani Padmini. Along with Deepika and Shahid, Padmavati also features actor Ranveer Singh as an antagonist. The movie is all set to hit the screens on December 1.
