Lock Upp Grand Finale HIGHLIGHTS: Munawar Faruqui announced winner; wins 20 lakhs cash prize & more

Munawar Faruqui, who, before entering 'Lock Upp', was seeing his shows being cancelled by the Karnataka government, won the reality show on Saturday.

 Payal and Anjali, with whom Faruqui had gotten quite close on the gritty reality show, were declared the first and second runners up.

'Jailor' Karan Kundrra and 'Warden' Tejasswi Prakash twinned in white on Lock Upp grand finale. They danced and had fun with the show host Kangana Ranaut in a candid question-answer round.

In the 'Badass Finale' of Lock Upp, Kangana Ranaut was praised by the contestants for being a great host. Video footage of her best moments were shown.

Social media star Anjali Arora has entered the Top 3 on the finale of Lock Upp. Kangana called her a 'dark horse' as ex-contestants voted her to be one among the top spot. 

Kangan Ranaut announced that Lock Upp's ex-contestants will vote for the Top 3 in the grand finale of the reality show.

Poonam Pandey danced on the Param Sundari song from Mimi and sizzled in her sexy avatar.

Host Kangana Ranaut named Munawar Faruqui as the first contestant in Top 3. He has received maximum votes from the fans.  

Kangana Ranaut reveals that Prince Narula was not a contestant on the Lock Upp but came in to spice up the show. Prince will be seen in a new show from ALTBalaji, Kangana announced.

Extended footage was shown to the Dhaakad film team-- Kangana Ranaut, Divya Dutta, Saswata Chatterjee and director Razneesh Ghai-- which shows Lock up contestants at their worst as they hurled abuses and fought with their fellow contestants.

On Lock Upp finale, Kangana Ranaut welcomed co-stars Divya Dutta and Saswata Chatterjee. Director Razneesh Ghai launched a new promo of the upcoming movie on the grand finale stage.

During Lock Upp, Payal Rohatgi says she learned how to be a better cook. She told Sangram Singh that she will put in more effort towards building this skill when the show is over. 

Lock Upp grand finale will start soon. The episode will be packed with sizzling dance performances and Kangana Ranaut will declare the winner of season 1.  

Lovebirds Karan Kundrra and Tejasswi Prakash will be hosting the Lock Upp grand finale together on Saturday night. They twinned in white outfits.

Producer Ekta Kapoor today took to her social media to express her excitement for the finale.  "I am super excited for the finale of Lock Upp. May the best man or woman win! Thank you for the love that the reality show has been getting.. it's truly overwhelming and wouldn’t have been possible without everyone’s support," she said.

Fan-favourite contestant Mumnawar Faruqui will be performing on the Lock Upp grand finale stage later on Saturday night. 

Eliminated contestants Shivam Sharma and Sara Khan will be performing in Lock Upp grand finale. In a clip, they are seen dancing to She Move It Like song by Badshah. 

Bigg Boss 15 fame couple Karan Kundrra and Tejasswi Prakash will be sharing the stage during Lock Upp grand finale. Tejasswi was snapped on set with Karan.  

Lock Upp's winner trophy has been unveiled. Munawar Faruqui, Payal Rohatgi and Prince Narula are the top contenders to win the reality show. 

Kangana Ranaut shared her look as the host of Lock Upp grand finale, which will stream on May 7 on MX Player. She wears an off-shoulder sequin gown with statement sleeves and looks like a glam queen.
