Los Angeles: Actor Zac Efron reportedly sought professional help twice this year after facing a major relapse for alcohol and drug addiction.
The 25-year-old was addicted to alcohol and cocaine for two years, after which he decided to seek professional help in March this year.
He left California and stayed in a private residence where he received intensive outpatient care for several weeks.
According to tmz.com, he came back here to shoot for Seth Rogen's film "Neighbors", but he faced a major relapse during the shooting of the movie.
Efron wasted no time in getting second dose of outpatient care.
Issues like bad company, issues with family, not a good career and personal life are said to be the reason behind Efron's submission to cocaine and alcohol.
