Some of the biggest names in Hollywood line-up along a bar, looking effortlessly glamorous and dashing, for the cover of Vanity Fair, reports Daily Mail, London .

Oscar hosts Anne Hathaway and James Franco join Jake Gyllenhaal and Ryan Reynolds on the front of the magazine, which folds out to reveal eleven more big and upcoming stars of Tinseltown.

The three-panel fold out follows with, in order of appearance, Jennifer Lawrence, Anthony Mackie, Olivia Wilde, Jesse Eisenberg, Mila Kunis, Hollywood veteran Robert Duvall - who joins the newcomers, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Andrew Garfield, Rashida Jones, Garrett Hedlund, and Noomi Rapace.

According to Vanity Fair's fashion and style director Jessica Dieh, the inspiration behind the shoot is evoking 'the glamour of 1930s Shanghai, an era of smoky, alluring elegance'.

'We had the gentlemen looking dashing in black tie, whilst the ladies were radiant in spring's gowns - from Gucci to Yves Saint Laurent- and glittering with diamonds from Chanel and other arbiters of glamour.'

At 34, Reynolds isn't new to Hollywood. After a phenomenal performance in Buried, the star has donned a superhero getup for the summer blockbuster Green Lantern, and while also making time for what he does best, comedy, in his upcoming film The Change-Up.

Gyllenhaal, 30, charmed audiences in 2010 with his performance in Love & Other Drugs opposite fellow cover star Hathaway. Next he performs in the action-packed thriller Source Code, slated for release in 2011, and the romantic comedy Nailed, with Jessica Biel.

After a gut-wrenching performance last fall in 127 Hours, Franco, 32, will be co-hosting the 2011 Oscars with Hathaway. Franco appears in Seth Rogen's The Green Hornet, in theatres now, and in Your Highness, an adventure-fantasy comedy set to be released in April 2011.

Hathaway, 28, held her own opposite Gyllenhaal in Love & Other Drugs. She will soon be donning the skin-tight suit of Cat Woman for The Dark Knight Rises.

Lawrence, the youngest star to grace this year's cover, at 20, attracted heaps of positive attention for her on-point portrayal of an Ozark Mountain girl who attempts to track down her drug-dealing father in Winter's Bone.

She's in the much-talked-about 2011 movie The Beaver with Mel Gibson, and plays a shape-shifting mutant in X-Men: First Class.

Mackie, 31, will grace screens in 2011 with The Adjustment Bureau, What's Your Number, and Real Steel.

Big things are also expected of 26-year-old Wilde in 2011. She portrayed the elusive and sharp Dr. Remy 'Thirteen' Hadley on TV's House M.D., had a leading roll in Tron: Legacy and also stars in the upcoming sci-fi thriller Cowboys & Aliens.

She also takes a turn in the comedy The Change-Up, opposite fellow cover star Reynolds.

Eisenberg, 27, was one of the most prevalent faces of 2010, with his Oscar-nominated portrayal of Facebook co-founder Mark Zuckerberg in The Social Network. In 2011 he'll star in the adventure-comedy 30 Minutes or Less, and lend his voice to Rio, an animated comedy.

Kunis, also 27, stunned audiences with her performance in one of the most-talked-about movies of the year, Black Swan, and is set to return to her comedic roots in the upcoming Friends with Benefits, a romantic comedy in which she stars opposite Justin Timberlake.

The most senior member of this year's Hollywood Cover, at 80 years old, Duvall dazzled audiences in 2010 with the drama mystery Get Low, the story of a 1930s Tennessee hermit who throws his own wild funeral party.

Gordon-Levitt, 29, will follow his strong performance in the mind-bender Inception, with a role in 2011 in Live with It, opposite Seth Rogen and 2010 cover girl Anna Kendrick.

Garfield, 27, brought a soft-spoken intensity to the slighted Eduardo Saverin, in The Social Network. Next this actor will play Peter Parker in the yet untitled Spider-Man.

With her performance in The Social Network, Jones, 34, proved she's more than just a comedic force, but she certainly hasn't given up the genre, with roles in three upcoming comedies — My Idiot Brother, The Big Year, and Friends with Benefits, alongside Kunis.

She even makes an appearance in The Muppets, slated for this autumn.

Hedlund, 26, brought his slow mid-western drawl to the role of Beau Hutton in Country Strong. After playing opposite Wilde in Tron: Legacy, he got right to work on On the Road, as Dean Moriarty in the screen adaptation of Jack Kerouac's novel.

Rapace, 31, the original Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, has transitioned from Swedish cinema to Hollywood, with an upcoming role in the yet untitled Sherlock Holmes sequel, directed by Guy Ritchie.
