Cyrus, who is grand popular for her weird stints all over the world posted a selfie evidently shwoing off her tan lines on upper assets.

The 21-year-old posted the revealing selfie June 14. Cyrus appears topless while sporting white and black-trimmed panties. The bangs of her platinum blonde pixie cut are styled straight up, reports eonline.com.
The photo, taken with what appears to be an iPhone, is partially censored in its original form - her exposed breast is covered by a graphic.
