London, Feb 16: Kim may be the Kardashian family member considered to have the most drama, but sister Khloe has had her fair share lately as well.
The 27-year-old's professional basketball-playing husband was abruptly traded in December 2011 by the Los Angeles Lakers to the Dallas Mavericks.
Khloe says they got word the trade might happen at 8 p.m. and then it was confirmed by midnight that same night with Odom's flight booked for later that morning.
“Moving in general is stressful so moving to a state that I've never been is stressful and then when your husband's having a very emotional transition that's like adding one more layer to this,” she said. “Then I'm having the camera crew film and for them they love it. They're like, ‘This is gold!' I'm like ‘Can't you just leave us alone for one week?' but you know that's what you know we signed up for.”
The new season also highlights a recent rift between her husband and brother. Rob Kardashian lived with Khloe and Lamar for two years after they got married and grew very close to Lamar. Khloe says Lamar was hurt when Rob moved out.
“All of a sudden he just sent movers over to our house and packed for him and Rob never even said anything like ‘Oh, I'm moving out on this date. This and that' and for me I'm his sister and I was more like ‘Oh yeah, house to myself with my husband' but Rob took it like very personal like ‘Oh wow, like you know you stayed here for two years, you couldn't even say to me? Or you couldn't even pack your own boxes?'”
Khloe has also been battling rumors of infertility in the tabloids. She says she did feel pressured to get pregnant, but no longer worries about it.
“The first season of having our show I think I felt much more pressured...but it took the fun out of trying to get pregnant in my opinion and for Lamar too. We were both like, ‘OK, this is like, I don't want to be told, when, how like it's too much and it's too strategic. It's supposed to be romantic so I now stopped all of that. I stopped like him and I we're enjoying each other, we have a very active love life and you know when I put things into perspective, you know I'm 27-years-old, we did get married very fast and I think we got married so fast I think people expected us to have a baby so fast but since we are just kind of like being relaxed about it now people want to spin it to make it seem like it's something bigger than it's not like I'm doing all of these fertility treatments or I can't carry a baby or whatever the case may be.”
