Los Angeles: Singer Kesha, who is getting treated at a rehabilitation centre for an eating disorder, has thanked all her fans for their support.The 26-year-old, who is currently at the Timberline Knolls clinic near Chicago,
"Hey it's Kesha from treatment. I just wanted to say that this is really hard and necessary work. I'm grateful for all the love and support," Kesha tweeted.
