New York: Canadian singer Justin Bieber has been revealed to rank at number seven in the list of 50 most popular women on the web, as per Google searches.
According to COEDMagazine.com, Bieber, 16, pops up on 34,200,000 pages, while 'Poker Face' singer Lady Gaga grabbed the number one position with an impressive 229,000,000 pages.
The article posted on the website on April 12 was discovered this weekend by website Babble's gossip blog Famecrawler, the New York Daily News reported.
And though Bieber, who has 6.6 million Twitter followers, is exceedingly popular among tween girls, he has been criticised for his appearance and his high voice.
He also reportedly has a fan base of lesbians who call themselves Biebians and a blog devoted to gay women who look like the musician fittingly called "lesbians who look like justin Bieber".
But the pop star, whose voice appears to have dropped in recent performances, has been working hard to turn his image more macho.
He appears on an upcoming cover of UsWeekly with a new haircut and has recently been photographed hanging out with Disney starlet Selena Gomez.
