London, Feb 7: Late singer Whitney Houston's four wax works have been unveiled at the famous Madame Tussauds museum here. This is for the first time in 200 years that the museum authorities have made four different statues of the same person simultaneously.
The four statues shows the singer at different stages of her life in her three-decade-long musical career. Although created here, they will be displayed in other cities, reports contactmusic.com.
The singer died Feb 11 last year.
"We were extremely honoured when Madame Tussauds approached us about doing four figures of Whitney from different points in her 30-year career. This is something we are excited to do for the fans," Houston's manager and sister-in-law Pat Houston said.
The statues will be unveiled in New York Thursday.
