London, March 22 : Pop star Lady Gaga was forced to cancel her Born This Way Ball tour after being diagnosed with synovitis, a severe inflammation of the joints. But her manager Vincent Herbert said she is fine.

"She's doing wonderful, doing great," thesun.co.uk quoted Herbert as saying.

"Gaga is finishing her latest album 'Aartpop', which continues to push the envelope. She is ready to get back to work," said Herbert.

"I can't wait for the world to hear her new music and see her come back healthy, strong and better than ever," he added.

There is no date scheduled for Gaga's return to the stage, but Herbert promised her daring dance routines will still be the same as before.

Herbert believes the medical condition was a result of the 26-year-old star's tough working regime.

"She works really hard and things happen," he said.

The singer has been using a 24-carat gold plated wheelchair called Emma to get around following her recent surgery.
