Los Angeles, Feb 7: Channing Tatum and Rachel McAdams premiered their new romantic film "The Vow," in Los Angeles on Monday (6 February 2012). All talk quickly turned to everyone's adoration of Tatum.
“Well he has got the sweetest heart,” said Rachel McAdams. “He is not hard to look at. But he is just got the biggest, most open heart. Truly one of the loveliest, nicest people I have ever met. You can't fake that.”
In the film, Tatum plays McAdams' loving husband, Leo, who has to win her heart back when she suffers severe memory loss after waking up from a coma caused by a car accident.
Director Michael Sucsy explained how Channing Tatum won him over.
“Before this, when his name first came up I thought, ‘Well this is like a more emotional part. I am not sure he has that side to him,'” director Michael Sucsy said, but after meeting Tatum he thought, “'This guy has got the biggest heart of anyone I have ever met. He is Leo. He's a chivalrous man. Channing is a chivalrous man. That who is Leo is in this movie. So then I thought he would be perfect for it.”
All this love in the air comes right in time for Valentine's Day on 14 February. Tatum's wife, Jenna Dewan, talked about their plans for the special day.
“We don't have any because we are both working. See, not fun? But we will do something before or after. We will do something fun.”
“The Vow” opens across the United States on Friday (10 February 2012).
