The 75th Golden Globes has begun in full swing as the Hollywood and TV stars are gracing the red carpet dressed in all black attires. The Golden Globe Awards 2018, hosted by NBC late-night veteran Seth Meyers, are paced on the film side by Guillermo Del Toro’s Cold War romance with a twist, The Shape of Water, which nabbed seven total nominations, including best picture, drama. Other contenders for the Globes’ top dramatic film honor include Call Me By Your Name (three total nominations, including best actor for Timothée Chalamet), Dunkirk (three total nominations, including best director for Christopher Nolan), The Post (six nominations, including best actress for Meryl Streep and best actor for Tom Hanks), and Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri (six total nominations, including best actress for Frances McDormand).
