Ranveer Singh wraps up Jayeshbhai Jordaar shoot

Bollywood's livewire star Ranveer Singh has wrapped up the shooting for his next film titled "Jayeshbhai Jordaar." Ranveer took to Instagram, where he shared a photograph of himself along with the film's director Divyang Thakkar and producer Maneesh Sharma. The film had a start to stop film schedule and has now finally done with the shoot. "It's a wrap! #JayeshbhaiJordaar Maneesh Sir. From 'Band Baaja Baaraat' to 'Jayeshbhai Jordaar'... It's been an incredible 10 years under your guidance... Divyang, You are a ball of love and positive energy. Thank you for making me your Jayesh, apna tem aagaya ne (our time will com)," Ranveer captioned the image.

Producer Maneesh Sharma also confirmed the news and added that Jayeshbhai Jordaar is Ranveer's career-best performance. '“We have finished shooting Jayeshbhai Jordaar and we can’t wait to show this special film to the people of our country. Ranveer has given his two hundred percent for the film and it will show when people see the movie. I will stick my neck out to say that Ranveer has delivered his career best performance with Jayeshbhai Jordaar,” says Maneesh, who had introduced Ranveer to Bollywood with his acclaimed directorial Band Baaja Baarat.

Directed by debutant writer-director Divyang Thakkar, "Jayeshbhai Jordaar" is a humourous entertainer set in Gujarat and Ranveer will be seen playing the role of a Gujarati man. The film stars Arjun Reddy actress Shalini Pandey opposite Ranveer. Maneesh Sharma also showered praise over Shalini Pandey, the Arjun Reddy heroine who is making her Bollywood debut. “Shalini Pandey has given her heart and soul to the film and she has added beautiful textures to her character that will touch people’s hearts. It’s a fitting Bollywood debut for this talented actor to watch out for,” he says.

Ranveer Singh currently awaits the release of his next "'83". It stars Ranveer in the role of Kapil Dev while Saqib Saleem, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Harrdy Sandhu, Ammy Virk, Jiiva, Sahil Khattar, Chirag Patil, Adinath Kothare and others constitute the rest of the cricketers in his world cup winning team. Directed by Kabir Khan, '83 is set to hit the theatres on April 10.
