Finally the wait is over! Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas are all set to begin their pre-wedding ceremonies from November 29 and tie the knot in the beautiful scenic view of Jodhpur at Taj Umaid Bhawan Palace on December 1-2. While the fans can’t keep their excitement since Nick Jonas’ family members, his brother and sister-in-law, have already touched down in India, everyone wants to see what the bride and groom-to-be will eb wearing for their royal wedding. And when it is Priyanka Chopra, one can’t expect it to be less than dreamy. But before the power couple don their gorgeous attires, the venue of Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas’ wedding, Umaid Bhawan, is all decked up and stealing the show like perfection.

A video is going viral on the internet that shows the beautiful Umaid Bhawan decorated for the desi girl Priyanka Chopra and the love of her life Nick Jonas. In the video shared, one can see how gorgeous the Palace looks with visual interpretations and play of light all over it. With different colours and forms decorating the royal palace, it surely takes the breath away. One can only imagine how beautifully it must have been decorated from the inside. Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas will say their vows to each other on December 1 and 2 in Umaid Bhawan. On the other hand, the other pre-wedding festivities like sangeet and mehendi were supposed to happen in Mehrangarh Fort, but as per the latest reports, the sangeet, as well as the other functions, will now take place at the Umaid Bhawan Palace.  It is being said that PeeCee wanted police protection to travel from Umaid Bhawan Palace to Mehrangarh Fort and she even hired a private security agency for the same. But the Jodhpur police refused to provide them protection citing the upcoming assembly elections in Rajasthan. An official from Mehrangarh Fort has also reportedly confirmed that the booking has got cancelled.

Nevertheless, looking at Umaid Bhawan one can surely say that Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas’ wedding is bound to be royal, magical and dreamy. Not just fans but even celebrities are excited about that bride and groom’s attires. Alia Bhatt recently revealed that she is looking forward to what Nickyanka will be wearing at the wedding. According to a Mid-Day report, a source remarked, “While the bridal trousseau will be an Abu Jani-Sandeep Khosla creation, she will sport a Ralph Lauren ensemble for the Christian wedding. The couple will exchange Tiffany wedding bands.” The source also added that in the guest list, many Hollywood names are expected, “Though Prince Harry and Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, may not make it, many Hollywood names are expected. Since it will be their first brush with an Indian wedding, Priyanka wants to make it special.”

Also, the couple is spending a whopping amount of Rs 4 crores for their stay and other pre-wedding ceremonies itself. According to the reports in DNA, the families have booked the Taj Umaid Bhawan Palace for the wedding from November 29 to December 3. The property has 64 luxurious rooms and suites — 22 palace rooms and 42 suites that are again of four types (24 historical suites, 10 royal suites, six grand royal suites and two presidential suites). According to the information received by the hotel, the prices for each room is as follows: Rs 47,300 for palace rooms, Rs 65,300 for historical suites, Rs 1.45 lakh for royal suites, Rs 2.30 lakh for grand royal suites and Rs 5.04 lakh for presidential suites. These prices are exclusive of taxes. So, the couple is spending around Rs 64.40 lakh per night. When calculated for five days, the couple will be spending Rs 3.2 crore in total only for their stay.
