Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput became parents for the second time on Wednesday night are super happy on their munchkin’s arrival. While the internet had started the guesswork a couple of days ago, the couple have raised the curtain from the mystery around their newborn’s name. Contrary to the guesses made by their fans, they named their child Zain, which is not a combination name as it was in the case of Misha.
The "Padmaavat" actor on Friday took to Twitter to thank his fans and followers for their wishes.
He wrote: "Zain Kapoor is here and we feel complete. Thank you for all the wishes and blessings. We are overjoyed and so grateful. Love to all."
The son was born on Wednesday evening at the Hinduja Hospital. The couple has also a daughter named Misha, born in 2016.

Also, a day after Shahid Kapoor became a father for the second time, the actor's Twitter and Instagram accounts were hacked, but later both the accounts got retrieved.
While his account was under hacker’s control, it shared a picture of Katrina Kaif with a caption, “I Love You.” Soon he took control of his account and the posts were deleted. Announcing his comeback, he wrote, “Hey guys, finally I am back on twitter. Yes it was hacked. Kindly ignore any communication that came from my handle in the last 24 hours.”

On the work front, Shahid Kapoor’s Batti Gul Meter Chalu is slated to release on September 21. It also stars Shraddha Kapoor and Divyendu Sharma in important roles.
