Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor and wife Mira Rajput welcomed their second child, a baby boy, on Wednesday. Mira, who was admitted at the Hinduja Hospital in suburban Mumbai, delivered a baby boy. Shahid Kapoor and newbie ‘Big Sister’, Misha Kapoor were spotted outside Hinduja hospital on Thursday evening. Now, Shahid’s father and veteran actor Pankaj Kapoor met his newborn grandson.
Pankaj Kapoor also shared his happiness and joy at the arrival of the new member in their family. He told Republic TV, “I am very delighted that a new bundle of joy has come to our house. A baby being born in any house is a matter of sheer joy and excitement. Similarly, it is a moment of joy for our family and as the grandfather of the newborn, I am delighted and very proud of my family. I wish Shahid and Mira all the very best and many congratulations.”
He also told Mumbai Mirror, "It’s the most delightful thing that can happen to any family. Shahid’s family is now complete. God bless all of them. We are thrilled about the new arrival.”
On Thursday, shutterbugs clicked Shahid, with Misha cuddled in his arms, beaming with joy and waving at the camera.

Mira was admitted to the hospital on Wednesday evening and was visited by her mother. She gave birth late at night to a boy. Shahid’s half-brother and actor Ishaan Khatter also paid the new family a visit with his mother Neelima Azim.

Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput got married in 2015 and they have a two-year-old daughter, Misha, who recently celebrated her second birthday.
