Actor Ranbir Kapoor is garnering love from audience and critics for his spectacular performance in Rajkumar Hirani’s Sanju. The movie is doing a wonderful collection at the box office. After so many celebs saying good things about the handsome hunk, it was Ranbir’s father Rishi Kapoor’s turn to speak his heart out. Yes, the latter, who hardly lauds his son, not only praised him but also told him how proud he is.
Rishi took to micro-blogging site Twitter and wrote, “I am flying and aircraft flying at 40,000 ft.Emirates flight EK702 Mauritius to Dubai now in real time. Cheers Ranbir! You don’t know how proud your parents are. Thank you and God Bless you. Aur bhi achcha kaam karo!”
Few days back, a video went viral on social media which captured Rishi’s reaction while watching the trailer of Sanju. He was amazed with Ranbir’s uncanny resemblance with Sanjay and was seen saying that that from the first shot itself he thought it was Dutt not Ranbir.
As Ranbir’s performance is winning hearts, we are sure that he is definitely going to lift many trophies in the upcoming award shows.
The total collection of Sanju so far stands at Rs 73.35 cr. It is all set to cross Rs 100 cr club. Along with Ranbir, the movie also featured Anushka Sharma, Sonam Kapoor, Paresh Rawal, Manisha Koirala and Vicky Kaushal in pivotal roles.
