Ranveer Singh is ruling the headlines these days as the release of his next Bollywood film Gully Boy nears. The actor has surprised his fans yet again with a different role as a rapper in the Zoya Akhtar’s directorial and he is evidently proud of it. Ranveer is on cloud nine after witnessing the response to his just-released song Apna Time Aayega from the film. Amis all the craziness and buzz around Gully Boy, the actor has also started preparing for his next film 83 which is based on maestro Kapil Dev’s biopic. While it was said that Ranveer will be trained under Balwinder Singh Sandhu, ow the reports suggest that Haryana Hurricane Kapil Dev himself will train Ranveer.

Going by the reports in BollywoodLife, an informer revealed, “Ranveer’s cricket coaching will be with Balwinder Singh Sandhu - also a key member of the 1983 World Cup winning squad. While Sandhu and Ranveer will work rigorously to perfect the game, Ranveer will also train with the legend Kapil Dev! Kapil will coach him to perfect his iconic bowling action and Ranveer will work with him to pick up all his mannerisms on and off the field! We can’t wait to see them together hitting the nets!”

Ranveer Singh has already switched on his prep mode and started training for his character in Kapil Dev’s biopic along with filmmaker Kabir Khan. Ranveer, as well as Kabir Khan, took to his Instagram handle to share a picture from his training location. In the picture, Ranveer can be seen sporting batting pad and holding a bat in his hands while former Indian cricketer Balwinder Singh Sandhu apparently training him. Captioning the pic, he wrote, ‘’#kapildev @83thefilm #balwindersinghsandhu @kabirkhankk.’’' Kabir also shared the same pic and in the caption of the pic he wrote, ‘’Training begins...  #83#kapildev @ranveersingh @83thefilm#balwindersinghsandhu.’’
