Ranveer Singh's Gully Boy was a rager and it continues to win over fans after two months of its release. The film directed by Zoya Akhtar found its audience in every age group, ranging from teenage to old age. Recently, a middle-aged woman was seen reciting Gully Boy rap with finesse in a viral video. Actor Ranveer Singh was quick to notice it. He regrammed the video on his official profile and wrote, 'Bohot hard'. Director Zoya Akhtar also praised the video in the comments. Tiger Shroff dropped a comment, appreciating aunty's performance.
The video is being now circulated by fan pages of Ranveer Singh on the social media. It has clocked over 2 million views on Instagram itself and that too, in just 24 hours.
The woman in the video is singing Apna Time Ayega, which became everyone's favourite soon after its release. The song talks about failures and how one rises above them. Many merchandise including coffee mugs, t-shirt, posters, etc with Apna Time Ayega printed on them are being circulated in the markets. In the film Gully Boy, Ranveer Singh played the role of a slum boy Murad, who is struggling for survival in Mumbai's low-seated slum Dharavi. It also has Alia Bhatt, Sidhant Chaturvedi, Kalki Koechlin in important roles.
