Veteran actor Rishi Kapoor has been living in the US for the last few months to get medical treatment for his illness. The announced the news on his Twitter last year, which led to several speculations that Rishi Kapoor is suffering from cancer, for which he has been living in New York. However, he took to the micro-blogging website to rubbish such reports. Recently, media reports started doing rounds that he and his wife Neetu Kapoor will return to India soon, however, soon the rumours were put down to rest. On Wednesday, Rishi Kapoor’s brother Randhir Kapoor was spotted leaving for the US to be by his brother’s side.
Randhir Kapoor has left for the US for three weeks and he will stay with Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor. Their sister Rima Jain was also living with them for quite a while. She has left for India recently, of which Neetu Kapoor had announced on her Instagram.
Many Bollywood celebrities including Priyanka Chopra, Aamir Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Anupam Kher and Sonali Bendre have visited Rishi Kapoor in New York.
Talking about Rishi Kapoor’s illness, nothing has been revealed about it yet. In the pictures shared by his wife Neetu Kapoor on the social media, Rishi Kapoor’s hair has sparked cancer speculations. However, later the veteran actress confirmed that his hairstyle was because of a film he was doing.
