Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas first made an appearance together at the MET Gala 2017 as friends and now, the duo is all set to walk the red carpet as a couple. PeeCee and Nick’s love story started with the prestigious event and today, the duo has now just become an important part of the fundraiser but have also joined the Benefit Committee.
Priyanka Chopra took to her social media to share the news with her fans and followers. She wrote, “From walking the prestigious carpet for the first time, to meeting my husband and many friends for life... Nick and I are honored to be on the Benefit Committee for this year’s Met Gala. Looking forward to the first Monday in May” The actress shared a picture in which she is seen donning her most talked about trench coat dress with Nick to her side. The actress walked the red carpet wearing an outfit by designer Ralph Lauren and later featured in endless number of jokes and memes. After the event, rumours of PeeCee and Nick’s romance started surfacing the internet. Talking about the same on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, American singer Nick Jonas had said that the two “had a great time,” at the event but insisted that they went only as friends. “Our lives were kind of taking us in different places,” he had told Jimmy.
