Popular singer Nitin Bali passed away in a road accident on Tuesday. He was 47.

Bollywood singer Nitin Bali, who made headlines during the nineties, passed away on Tuesday following a fatal road accident this morning. The singer was driving home in his car from Borivali towards Malad, when his car hit the divider. He was rushed to a hospital and suffered serious injuries. He was discharged after getting his wounds stitched. However, he was brought back to the hospital when he started vomiting blood. 

As a result he collapsed. Despite the efforts by the medical team, the doctors couldn't revive him. Bali's niece confirmed the news to SpotboyE. His funeral is likely to take place tomorrow. 

He was one of the most popular singers during the 90s. He voiced some famous tracks including the rehashed version of classic song Neele Neele Ambar Par. Nitin Bali made his debut in the music industry with Na Jaane, which was released by BMG Crescendo in 1998. The album consisted of 10 melodious songs. The video of its title song topped the charts for that year. The second video Sun Soniye had spread like a wildfire during those times. But he is known mainly for his remixed track Neele Neele Ambar Par, with black and white video. The song broke all the records at the chartbusters. Nitin Bali lent his voice in more than 6 albums all of which were chartbusters. In 2012, he sang a song for the movie Life Ki Toh Lag Gayi. Ever since then, Nitin had been keep low-profile for unknown reasons.
