Nora Fatehi, whose music track Dilbar -- a rendition of Sushmita Sen's iconic song in Milap Zaveri's Satyameva Jayate -- has fetched popularity, will play a Latino character in Salman Khan-starrer Bharat.
Talking about becoming a part of this big project, the Moroccan Canadian dancer said that she is looking forward to work in Bharat. "Excited to be a part of a project of this magnitude. It's a dream come true! The team is impeccable and the combination of Ali sir and Salman sir is the perfect combination,” said Nora Fatehi.
"For me, these were reasons good enough to willingly come on board. I am looking forward to begin shooting soon," Nora said in a statement.

Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, Bharat also stars Priyanka Chopra and Disha Patani. This will mark Nora's second film after "My Birthday Song". Nora has wooed everyone with her moves in the Dilbar song and it has smashed all records. The song has now also topped YouTube Global Charts, leaving behind songs like Girls Like You by Maroon 5 and X by Nicki Minaj.
Talking about Dilbar, Nora Fatehi earlier said in an interview that the intent was never to copy the original song. She added, “It’s not like we tried to remake it exactly how it was. We just did a different take on it. The whole vibe and look of the song is different. Nobody will ever beat Sushmita Sen, because she is iconic, the song was iconic.”
Composer Tanishk Bagchi has revived the '90s track to a more energetic modern dance number with an Arabic flavour, while retaining some of Alka Yagnik's original vocals.
