Just when it looked like Kapil Sharma’s bad days are over, a complaint has been filed against him by the Independent Students Federation for violating traffic rules, fresh reports suggest. The comedy king, who is all set to make his comeback with Sony TV’s new show Family Time with Kapil Sharma, has once again got into a legal trouble. President of the Federation, Keshav Kohli has reportedly alleged that Kapil had exceeded his speed limit while riding a bike on a recent visit to Amritsar.
Kohli said Kapil was a local native of Amritsar and was a role model of millions of his fans and he should have obeyed the traffic norms. In the video, viral on net, Kapil Sharma is seen driving Bullet and he is wearing a cap while recalling his old memories of Amritsar’s Ranjit Avenue market where he had spent his childhood.
The case originated after a video, featuring the comedian riding a bike whilst talking about his experience growing up in the city, went viral on the internet. And not just over speeding, the actor is also accused of not wearing a helmet, by the complainant.
Taking to his Instagram account, Kapil Sharma shared the video with a caption that read, “#Amritsar #memories #winters #fun #food #bikeride oh god... missing so many things”.
Recently, Kapil Sharma went candid and said continuous work and negative stories started taking a toll on his health and he had to seek medical assistance to come out of it. The actor added that people from the industry supported him a lot during his tough times
