Janhvi Kapoor is dad's kid. She loves her family to the moon and back. After the sudden demise of her actress mom Sridevi, Janhvi is mostly seen spending time with sister Khushi Kapoor and half-siblings, Arjun Kapoor and Anshula Kapoor. Recently, in an interview, Janhvi revealed details about her family WhatsApp group. Just like all of us, Janhvi too has a family group on the social networking site where her family members chit-chat about tiniest things of life.
Janhvi has a WhatsApp group with Khushi, Anshula, Arjun and dad Boney Kapoor and its name is Dad's Kids. The newbie reveals that she sends her OOTD on the group for her dad's approval. ''We have a WhatsApp group called Dad’s Kids’ which has me, Khushi, Anshula didi, Arjun bhaiya, and dad on it. And I send all my outfit pictures along with looks from different photo-shoots on that group. In fact, most of my outfits need to be approved by dad, otherwise, I don’t feel confident wearing them,'' she said. Isn't that too cute for words?
Earlier, in an interview, talking about her camaraderie with Arjun and Anshula that changed with time, Janhvi said “I think, I was still in that state of shock, to be very honest. I think I am still in shock. None of it has been processed. Like, I have no memory of three or four months. You know at the end of the day, we have the same blood in us. I don't remember anything of those four months but I do remember that one day when we were sitting in Harsh (Anil Kapoor's son) Bhaiya's room and Arjun Bhaiya and Anshula (Arjun Kapoor's sister) Didi came in - I think that was the one day when I felt like, 'Ok maybe we might be okay''. Arjun and Anshula were always there for Janhvi and Khushi despite sharing an unpleasant past.
On the professional front, Janhvi made her Bollywood debut with Dhadak, co-starring Ishaan Khatter. The movie directed by Shashank Khaitan was an official Hindi remake of Marathi blockbuster Sairat. She will next be seen in a biopic on Indian Air Force fighter pilot Gunjan Saxena. Flight lieutenant Gunjan was posted in Kargil during 1999. During the war, she not only evacuated injured soldiers from the war field flying through Kashmir but also experienced a brush with death while doing this. Janvhi has started prepping for her role and is spending time with the brave lady. Janhvi's first look for the film went viral on social media a few days back.
She will also be seen in Karan Johar's multi-starrer period drama Takht.
