The award season has kick started with 63rd Jio Filmfare Awards 2018. While the official nominations for the annual awards have been announced couple of days before, now rehearsal videos and photos of our favourite stars are doing the rounds on the social media circuits.

Shah Rukh Khan, who has also been nominated in the best actor category of Filmfare Awards is leaving no stones unturned to make this starry extravaganza a memorable one. Besides stunning everyone with his performance, he will also reportedly woo audience with his one liners and witty remarks as a host. He will share the stage with his director friend Karan Johar. People loved the camaraderie between them last year, so there are high chances of the duo making a comeback.

Besides Shah Rukh, the night of the prestigious award ceremony will also witness performances by Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Parineeti Chopra, Sunny Leone, etc. Many fan pages and even Filmfare's Instagram account is teasing fans with boomerang videos and snaps from the backstage. Now talking about nominations, Aamir Khan's Secret Superstar has won maximum nine nominations. Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt starrer Badrinath Ki Dulhania has been nominated in four major categories- Best Film, Best Director and Best Actor (Male and Female). Bareilly Ki Barfi has also been nominated in eight categories with Rajkummar Rao being the best supporting actor nominee.
