Recently, rumours were doing rounds on the internet that Priyanka’s sister-in-law Danielle Jonas doesn’t like her. When Danielle took to Instagram to wish Sophie Turner on her birthday, fans found some ‘shades’ in her caption that wasn’t even there. She wrote, “Happy birthday @sophiet!! my girls and I are so blessed to have you in our lives, they can’t get enough of their aunt sophie! You deserve the world and i hope you’re having an amazing birthday! love you.”
One user wrote, “The lowkey shade in this tho. I love sassy Dani.”
Danielle Jonas decided to shut this troll once and for all. She replied, “Nope. No shade about Priyanka. It’s just Sophie’s birthday so I wanted to say happy birthday. I think everyone should stop with thinking that we don’t like Priyanka she is lovely. l am so over people trying to make a problem.”
Later, Danielle even turned off comments on that picture.
The rumours came from the fact that Danielle Jonas shared no single picture from Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas’ wedding on her Instagram. However, she wished the couple on their engagement with a picture. It’s really funny how people quickly jump to conclusions by merely seeing a person’s social media page. It seems like people’s personal life now depend on their social media footprints.
On the work front, Priyanka Chopra is currently working on Shonali Bose’s The Sky Is Pink with Farhan Akhtar and Zaira Wasim. The film will release in October this year.
