Ajay Devgn's father and renowned filmmaker Veeru Devgan passed away on Monday following a cardiac arrest. Kajol was seen going through an emotional breakdown at the funeral ceremony which was attended by many Bollywood celebrities including Abhishek Bachchan, Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Rani Mukerji among others. On Wednesday, Kajol was seen outside Lilavati Hospital on her way to visit ailing mother and veteran actress Tanuja. She is not doing well and is undergoing treatment in Lilavati hospital. The details of Tanuja's health have not been revealed yet.
Tanuja is a renowned Bollywood actress who has featured in Hindi as well as Bengali cinema. She hails from a popular film family. She is the daughter of actor Shobhna Samarth and filmmaker Kumarsen Samarth. Tanuja married filmmaker Shomu Mukherjee but the two parted ways long before his death in 2008. Filmmaker Ayan Mukerji is also related her apart from Bollywood actress Rani Mukerji.
