Bollywood actor Anupam Kher’s next hindi film ‘The Accidental prime Minister’ is undoubtedly one of the most-awaited movies of 2019. Oher than creating a lot of buzz for the exact appearance of characters, the film became the talk of the town when the makers released the trailer last month. In no time, The Accidental Prime Minister topped the trending videos on You Tube and Anupam Kher even shared the news with his fans. But now, the actor has question You Tube since the trailer has gone missing.
Anupam Kher took to his Twitter to raise a query regarding his upcoming film The Accidental Prime Minister trailer that was rending on No. 1 a few days ago but is now not appearing even when searched. Kher wrote, “Dear @YouTube!!! I am getting messages & calls that in parts of our country if you type, trailer of #TheAccidentalPrimeMinister, it is either not appearing or at 50th position. We were trending at No.1 yday. Please help. #HappyNewYear. #37millionviews.” He further posted screenshots backing his claim.
The Accidental Prime Minister is based on Sanjay Baru’s book which goes by the same name. The political drama is based on former Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh and his tenure as PMO. The film has been directed by Vijay Gutte with Hansal Mehta as the creative producer. It features Anupam Kher as Manmohan Singh, German actor Suzanne Bernert as former Congress president Sonia Gandhi, Ahana Kumra as Priyanka Gandhi, Arjun Mathur as Rahul Gandhi and Akshaye Khanna in the role of Sanjaya Baru, who was the former media advisor to Dr Singh.
It won’t be wrong to say that actor Anupam Kher has undergone tremendous transformation to step into the shoes of former PM Manmohan Singh. From perfect look to body language, he has nailed his character to perfection. It is definitely difficult to differentiate Anupam Kher and Manmohan Singh from one to another.
Interestingly, The Accidental Prime Minister was earlier scheduled to release on December 21, clashing with Shah Rukh Khan’s Zero. It was pushed further to January 11 for obvious reasons to avert the clash. Now the film will hit the screens on 11 January this year.
