Actress Sonam Kapoor is all set to tie the knot with her long-time beau Anand Ahuja on May 8. The wedding preparations are in full swing. This is known to all that Farah Khan is choreographing the sangeet performances of the lady that is going to take place on May 7. But the choreographer has fractured her leg in the wee hours of Tuesday morning. So, is it going to affect the performances?
A source revealed to BT that though she is injured, Farah has already choreographed the sequences and now family members just have to rehearse. It all happened when the lady extended her timings for a show. She was rehearsing late on Monday night and while going towards her van in the early hours of Tuesday morning, she hurt her leg. She was taken to the hospital where doctor informed that it was a fracture.
Farah’s close friend and choreographer Geeta Kapoor revealed to Times of India that Farah is injured adding that she has not met her yet. Geeta added that she is not the part of wedding choreography but is confident that Farah’s team will do a good job.
Speculations were rife from quite some time that Sonam and Anand are tying the knot. However, an official announcement was made yesterday that said, “The Kapoor & Ahuja families, take great joy and pride, in announcing the marriage of Sonam and Anand. The wedding will take place on May 8 in Mumbai. Since it is an intimate affair, we request you to respect the family's need for privacy. Thank you for all your blessings and love, as we celebrate this special moment in our lives.”
