New Delhi, July 6: Ace designer Tarun Tahiliani has created an exquisite gown for Forevermark's Encordia collection. He says it denotes the beauty and purity of love and marriage.
The creation, a black gown, has a slight trail and a modern silhouette and seeks its design stimulus from the De Beers Group's Forevermark Encordia collection.
"The gown is crafted using shimmering lame jersey with dhoti drapes at the bottom and a plunging V-neckline. Also the subtle knot embroidery as a brooch accentuates the beauty of the gown," Tahiliani said in a statement.
"This gown symbolises contemporary elegance, the strongest of bonds between two people and represents the timeless symbol of marriage," he added.
Tahiliani organises the annual Couture Exposition, and its fifth edition kickstars here July 18.
The three-day fashion extravaganza will take place at the DLF Emporio in Vasant Kunj. Apart from the capital, the fashion event will also be held in Mumbai Aug 2-3 at The Gallery, Four Seasons Hotel.
