New Delhi: It looks like just yesterday when ‘Dabangg' starring Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha was released.
While the film marked the debut of junior shotgun Sonakshi Sinha, it was also Arbaaz Khan's debut as a producer. Interestingly, ‘Dabangg' turned out to be a blockbuster film and also the highest-grossing Bollywood film of 2010.
Sonakshi Sinha became an overnight star after the remarkable success of ‘Dabangg' and then there was no looking back for her.
Today, the film completes five years of its release and also marks five successful years of Sonakshi Sinha in the Bollywood industry.
Though the actress has managed to create a niche for herself with talent and dedication, she owes her Bollywood journey to Salman Khan.
The ‘Dabangg' actress took to Twitter to express her gratitude, as she tweeted, “Dabangg to Force 2.. Owe it all to @BeingSalmanKhan and @arbaazSkhan! Thank u for showing me the way”.
Sonakshi Sinha is currently busy shooting for her upcoming action-packed film ‘Force 2' opposite John Abraham. Sonakshi is reportedly playing the role of a RAW agent and might be seen doing some action sequences in the film.
