Mumbai: Siddharth Roy Kapur, the CEO of UTV has whisked away Bollywood actor Vidya Balan to watch the last stage matches at Wimbledon, says a Mumbai Mirror report.
One of Vidya's friends told the newspaper,"Vidya loves tennis and has been keenly following the Wimbledon matches.Siddharth had been busy with the promo launch of his next movie which happened on Monday.
He can now breathe easy and needs a break.Taking off for London was a spontaneous decision."
"They want to catch all the important matches scheduled for later this week.This trip will also give them some time together away from the constant media glare in the city,"said the friend.
Recently,Siddharth had bought a love nest for Vida Balan for Rs 14 crore in Juhu.
Now, he has gifted his lady love a dream trip to Wimbledon for the semis and the finals.The tag: a cool Rs 6 lakh for each ticket.
