Mumbai June 13 : Bollywood mega star Shah Rukh Khan and co-star Deepika Padukone today attended the launch of the first look of their upcoming movie Chennai express, made by UTV Motion Pictures and SRK's firm Red Chillies Entertainment.
The film is based on the love story of a Mumbai youth who goes to Rameshwaram to fulfil the last wishes of his grandfather by immersing his ashes and meets a girl in a South Indian village. The action-packed romantic movie portrays the clash of cultures when West meets South.
Present at the launch were UTV head honchos Siddharth Roy Kapur and Ronnie Screwvala and director Rohit Shetty.
Shah Rukh and UTV had earlier worked together in the 2004 movie Swades.
