New Delhi: Shahid Kapoor aka Sasha of Bollywood is hogging the limelight these days, no not for his films but his wedding. Yes! The ‘Haider' actor is finally tying the knot with Delhi based girl Mira Rajput.
The latest update about the couple's wedding is that the wedding card is out on Twitter. In the colours of ivory white, green and golden the card surely looks stylish, some interesting goodies also adorn the corners of the card. The card specifically mentions “No gifts please, Blessings Only”.
The wedding card has taken our curiosity level to a new high, as what's there in the goodies bag, still remains a mystery. Are they commonly distributed chocolates, exotic scents or something else?
Shahid and Mira who reportedly met during a Radha Swami satsang, got engaged months ago and speculations for the wedding date began soon. But now, it is confirmed that the wedding is scheduled on July 7, 2015.
The wedding is to be held at Gurgaon's Oberoi hotel, the card parents of Mira- Mrs Bela and Vikramaditya Rajput and Shahid-Neelima Azeem and Pankaj Kapur along with step mother Supriya Pathak Kapoor inviting the guests.
Apart from the card and venue details, it is being said that Shahid is all set to wear designer Kunal Rawal's creation on wedding and Mira's wedding trousseau has been designed by ace designer Anamika Khanna.
The wedding will be followed by a grand reception in Mumbai at July 12.
