New Delhi: Shah Rukh Khan is set to bring another pretty face opposite him through his upcoming ‘Fan'.
While the speculations around casting Deepika Padukone, Parineeti Chopra, Ileana D'Cruz and Vani Kapoor were on, the makers have finally signed model Waluscha De Sousa opposite superstar Shah Rukh Khan in the film.
The model who happens to be from the non-acting background was a hard deal to break as according to the reports published in a leading daily.
The makers had to put a lot of efforts to convince Waluscha and the lady had to undergo a lot of acting training before starting shooting for her role. ‘Fan' which is going to be another YRF production with SRK after ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan' has been kept tight under the wraps.
Producer Aditya Chopra has even made sure that no cell phones should enter the place of shoot. And now with the female lead finalized, the shooting of the film has already resumed in South Mumbai at an Andheri studio.
Shah Rukh Khan's leading lady in ‘Fan' has won an acclaimed beauty pageant in the year 2000. The lady was married to fashion choreographer Marc Robinson but ended her relationship later and is now all set for Bollywood. Apparently Waluscha has already worked with Shah Rukh in the Hyundai advertisement. So now their chemistry would be worth waiting for.
‘Fan' had its initial release on August 15 this year. However, the release was postponed due to SRK's injury the last year.
