New Delhi: Shah Rukh Khan's trusted spot boy Subhash Jain, who was suffering from cancer, passed away on early Sunday morning.
Popularly known as Subhash Dada, he spent more than two decades of his life working for King Khan.
Shah Rukh Khan, who is currently in Bulgaria shooting for Rohit Shetty's 'Dilwale', couldn't be present for Subhash Dada's cremation ceremony. However, his wife Gauri Khan and son Aryan Khan attended Subhash's last rites at the Khar crematorium.
Shah Rukh-Gauri, reportedly, tried everything to save Subhash after doctors declared his illness as incurable. He had been bedridden for a few months now before finally losing the battle.
The news of Subhash's demise reportedly shattered Shah Rukh. He couldn't fly down to Mumbai for the funeral but watched the proceeding using Apple Face Time.
As per reports, the actor was in tears, as Subhash was really close to him.
