New Delhi: Bollywood hunk Shahid Kapoor, who was once one of the most eligible bachelors of B-town, broke a million hearts when he married Delhi girl Mira Rajput this year.
While the couple appears to be much in love, Shahid Kapoor raised a lot many eyebrows when he reportedly stated, “At least, hypothetically let me be alive” on being termed as married and not available.
Shahid Kapoor, who is currently busy promoting his upcoming film ‘Shaandaar' with Alia Bhatt, was recently spotted at Mithibai College along with co-star Alia for the promotion.
Apparently, one of the students popped a question to the bubbly actress, asking who she would like to go on a date with other than Shahid Kapoor.
While Alia was still thinking of a name, Shahid instantly asked the reason for leaving him out, to which the student replied that is was because of him being a married man now.
Reportedly, Shahid Kapoor then turned serious and stated that “everybody is committed in some way or the other” and wished that he could be ‘alive', hypothetically, at least.
However, Alia once again came to his rescue by being smart enough to answer the question. She reportedly stated that she would go on a shaandaar date with Shahid and all students of Mithibai College.
The Alia Bhatt and Shahid Kapoor starrer ‘Shaandaar' is all set to release on October 22, 2015.
