Mumbai, Jan 1: Filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri is waiting for choreographer-actor Salman Yusuff Khan to recover from his injury so that he can start the second schedule of socio-political saga "Freedom".
"I am waiting for Salman to recover. He has injured himself badly. So once he recovers, I will start the second schedule," Agnihotri told IANS.
Salman got injured when his stunt went horribly wrong during a performance at the Big Star Entertainment Awards in December 2012. He is currently recuperating at his home in Bangalore.
The second schedule of "Freedom" will be shot in Rajasthan and Delhi. Agnihotri is happy with the way his film has shaped up so far.
"I have roped in all newcomers for this film and they are doing a wonderful job. 'Freedom' is my most ambitious project," he said.
Set in the 1970s to 2000s in New Delhi, the socio-political saga will be told with various dramatic elements. "Freedom" is being scheduled for a release mid-May 2013.
