Mumbai: Bollywood item girl Rakhi Sawant always revels in controversies, and this time, too, she is back.
In an interview, Rakhi Sawant has said that the concept of Aamir Khan's debut TV show Satyamev Jayate has been lifted by the production house from her TV show Rakhi Ka Insaf.
"This show is a complete copy of Rakhi Ka Insaaf. They (the production house) have stolen our concept, says the item girl.
In Rakhi Ka Insaaf, the item girl used to bring all stakeholders in a family quarrel together and dispense her brand of instant justice.
"There was a time during the show, that I became very emotional after hearing the grievances of common people. I had to be admitted to hospital for treatment of depression", says Rakhi.
In Satyamev Jayate too, Aamir Khan was seen on screen with moist eyes after he listens to the travails of common people.
"My show was positioned for the mature audience in the late night slot, while Aamir's show is in the morning slot for the whole world to see", says Rakhi.
Previous controversies: Rakhi Sawant has been in the habit of creating controversies. She once criticized Kareena for her mujra in Agent Vinod. "Arre, yeh Kareena vagairah kya mujra karengi. Mujra toh mera dekho."
On Vidya Balan's bold look in The Dirty Picture, Rakhi had said, Vidya's bold look has been inspired from me. "Whenever she meets me, she praises me", Rakhi had said.
On Katrina's item number, Rakhi had commented: "Yeh sab main kar chuki hoon" (I have already done this).
On dancing diva Madhuri Dixit, Rakhi remarked: "I don't consider myself less talented than Madhuri."
