Mumbai, April 22: Not wasting any time Actor Sanjay Dutt turned up in Mumbai's Andheri Metropolitan Magistrate Court and was granted bail in a threat case filed by producer Shakeel Noorani.

Sanjay Dutt after the vicious 1993 Mumbai serial blast case was surrounded by a new dilemma earlier today as Mumbai's Andheri  Metropolitan Magistrate Court issued a Non-Bailable Warrant against him in a threat case filed by producer Shakeel Noorani.

Producer Shakeel Noorani has alleged that Sanjay Dutt parted his way from his film "Jaan Ki Baazi" half way in 2002 and refused to shoot further which led him a huge financial loss.

In compensation Noorani demanded Rs. 50 K signing amount and Rs. 2 crore to overcome those loses, thereafter which he started receiving threatening calls from Underworld at Dutt's behest.

On March 1st, on Noorani's appeal Mumbai's Andheri court summoned the actor to appear before the court and clarify his stand but neither Dutt nor his lawyers took the matter seriously.

Today when the court opened, Noorani said that Dutt is disrespecting the law by turning down the repeated notices over which the court issued a non-bailable warrant against him.
