New Delhi: Superstar Salman Khan, who is basking in the glory of his super hit movie Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, said that he will no longer sign movies to impress others.
The actor said that after 27 years of his career, he has reached a point where he can't do films just for friendship.
“Now, I don't want to do movies just for the sake of doing them. Earlier, when dates were available, I thought, ‘Let's do a film'. I also considered a project, thinking, ‘Do the film, else my friendship will go bad.' But now, things aren't like that,” he says.

Salman further stated that he is concentrating on doing movies that will inspire the audience to become ‘better people' in their real lives.
“If the audience comes out of the theatre after watching Prem (his name in films, like MPK and Hum Aapke Hain Koun...!, 1994) or Pawan Kumar Chaturvedi from Bajrangi Bhaijaan (2015), and says, ‘Oh, it was a superb character', then it is a great achievement for me,” he says.

Currently, Salman is enjoying the success of Prem Ratan Dhan Payo which is breaking all records at the box office. The Sooraj Barjatya directorial, also starring Sonam Kapoor, has bagged more than Rs 300 crores since its release on November 12.
On the other hand, Salman is training for ‘Sultan', which will hit the theatres on Eid next year.
