Superstar Salman Khan, who faced flak for opposing 1993 Mumbai bomb blast convict Yakub Memon's death sentence, has refused to speak on the controversy.
The superstar, while speaking at a press conference, said that he will discuss the tweet issue later.
“There would be a nicer time to talk about it. We will do this at a later time,” he promised.
On July 25, Salman Khan, in a series of tweets, had said that killing Yakub would be killing humanity.
However, later, the Bajrangi Bhaijaan actor had to retract his tweets and render an unconditional apology amid the increasing pressure from the netizens.
Salim Khan, veteran Bollywood scriptwriter, also lashed out at his son Salman Khan for irresponsible tweets on Yakub Memon.
"Whatever Salman has written is ridiculous and meaningless. Salman is ignorant of the issue and people should not take him seriously."
The superstar is known for expressing himself and careless attitude. It was a little surprise for everyone when ''Bhajaan'' kept mum on question.
