New Delhi: Salman Khan's Kick has turned into a money-minting machine at box office. After a brilliant one week, the flick is continuing to dominate in the second week itself minting Rs 173.31 cr nett in eight days in India.
On its second Friday, the Sajid Nadiadwala's directorial continued to gallop a good amount of Rs 9.22 cr nett in domestic market.
“Kick continues to gallop speedily. [Week 2] Fri 9.22 cr. Grand total: Rs 173.31 cr nett. India biz. BLOCKBUSTER!”, tweets trade analyst and film critic Taran Adarsh.
Comparatively Dhoom 3 and Krrish 3 are leading ahead at box office with Rs 199.29 cr and Rs 175.68 cr respectively in eight days.
Meanwhile, within a week, the action drama successfully ended its first week stint crossing the Rs 200 cr mark worldwide.
Also starring Jacqueline Fernandez, Kick's domestic collection went to Rs 164.09 cr in India while the overseas market contributed Rs 42.85 cr within a week.
“Kick worldwide total after Week 1: India - Rs 164.09 cr. Overseas - Rs 42.85 cr. Total: Rs 206.94 cr”, confirmed Adarsh.
The action drama has defeated Krrish 3's one week worldwide collection of Rs 202.42 cr while Aamir Khan's Dhoom 3 rules with Rs 294.26 cr in a week.
