Mumbai: Salman Khan shared the first look of 'Hero' remake, starring Sooraj Pancholi on Thursday evening.
Hero, a joint production of filmmaker Subhash Ghai and Salman Khan, will mark the debut of Aditya Pancholi's son Sooraj and Suniel Shetty's daughter Athiya. The film is slated to hit theatres on September 4.
Sooraj, who is the son of Aditya Pancholi, and Sunil Shett's daughter Athiya is stepping into the shoes of Jackie Shroff and Meenakshi Sheshadri respectively.
Directed by Nikhil Advani, Hero is a remake of Ghai's 1983 movie of the same name.
Salman Khan tweeted, "Back off, HERO coming on 4th September @HeroTheFilm."
Hero remake will also mark the launch of the Dabangg star's production house Salman Khan Productions.
