New Delhi: Superstar Salman Khan returned as the host of the high voltage reality show Bigg Boss for the sixth time. The show introduced the twist of ‘Double Trouble', under which two couples and an ex couple entered the show.
According to the show's format, votes from the viewers decide the fate of the contestants. But an evicted contestant of the ninth season, Arvind Vedga has revealed a shocking truth about the show.
After his exit from the show, he told media, “Channel knows what works on the show and what doesn't! The show's format has always been more about controversies than anything else. So maybe I was being a misfit for Bigg Boss but I don't think I got evicted due to less number of votes. It's rather because I wasn't giving the expected content or as you say, controversies! Salman Khan, the channel, everyone has a say in it and unfortunately I happened to be their target this week.”
From what we can make of Arvind's statement is that every week the makers of the show sit down with Salman Khan to evaluate the week which went by. They then discuss the potential TRP's contestants can bring and the one who doesn't fit the bill of the makers, is evicted from the show.
Well, this can be seen as a fraud on the channel's part as they are deceiving the viewers. If these claims turn out to be true, we wonder how Salman will show his face to the fans.
