Salman, Kat Were Very Chilled Out During Tees Maar Khan Item Number, Says Farah

‘They were very chilled out and no different from what they had been five years ago” – observes Farah Khan after Salman Khan, Katrina and Akshay Kumar danced on the sets of Tees Maar Khan in Goregaon Film City for a special item number, reports HT City.
Salman and Katrina met after a long gap with both making remarks on staying ‘single', but there were no cold vibes, people present on the sets said. But the earlier warmth was somehow missing.
“The idea of roping in Salman for a special appearance came from the media', says Farah Khan. ‘They kept writing about it, so finally, I suggested we oblige.'
Salman agreed without a second's hesitation, says Farah. The song has Akshay and Salman fighting over Katrina but the duo was like a pair of schoolboys on a night out. They took off with each other and, in the middle of the shot, suddenly whipped off their scarves and broke into Salman's trademark “towel” dance in Mujhse Shaadi Karogi (2004) that Farah had choreographed too. And ended with flinging their scarves at Katrina, says the HT City report.
Farah Khan wrapped up the shoot of her third film as director in 58 days. Katrina's qawwali Wallah Wallah is in Pakeezah style. Earlier, for her introductory song Sheela Ki Jawani she was put through a rigorous belly dance training for two weeks, says the report. Katrina had a sexy makeover with six costume changes of half-sarees and knotted cholis.
Farah says, Katrina was misquoted for having said Sheela Ki Jawani will be a bigger hit than Munni badnaam hui. Farah, who has choreographed the Dabangg chartbuster, says: “I'm thrilled for Arbaaz, Malaika and Salman that Munni.. is such a rage. I'd never try to be one-up on my friends”.
